Is there any way to play the game full screen on my main monitor and have the map on my second monitor?

What do you all think about this? Does this make it clear that hall of shames would not work? What would you do to prevent people like that from ever...

I couldn't find the list of server names that were added in the latest maintenance anywhere on these forums, here's a list for those who are looking....

So far the only two I've found are Flamelord and Elite Cascadier. Are there others currently in?
