Anyone know what quest unlocks experience after heavensward patch 3.0 experience points showing up on quest for level 50 quest logs but I'm not...

I was wondering i have 3 toons on a server, and i dont have HW yet. Do i get more xp on the story line quests even that i dont have HW?
