This is pure crap... 4 straight days of not being able to login... I dare you to log into a instance and get 9000'ed... You'll never even be able to...

I go to sign into the game and it's almost a 50/50 chance that it will let me. If it does, I usually get the great 1017 a multitude of times followed...

They should change the wording to, "The world is currently full of assholes who won't logout even when not playing and they have auto-run or jump...
