They are able to... It has been made known to me that people are using third party tools to retrieve information about party finder participants.

They are able to retrieve character identifier by opening a party finder listing, which later is converted to name by fabricating requests to server that are intended for opening adventurer plate and fetching friend information, even for non friend players.

Moreover, it has been made known to me that such is possible for private party finders too.
