Steps:
1. Level up to at least 54 on Scholar
2. Don't complete the level 54 class quest required to obtain the trait "Broil Mastery"
3. Potencies listed for Ruin II and Art of War on tooltip show increased numbers as if you had Broil Mastery, but do not reflect in damage dealt.
