			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>Following the update of our payment processor on April 28, 2026 we have been receiving reports from users that prepaid card transactions were not functioning properly.<br />

Thanks to the reports from users, we were able to confirm that prepaid card transactions in North America are not being processed. We are working closely with our partners to address the issue and will share an update as soon as we have more information. While the issue is being addressed, affected users can utilize other payment options such as Amazon Pay, PayPal to purchase Crysta, or game time codes.<br />
