Greetings, which one of the servers right now is active on Assault Missions and CoP missions? I was on Unicorn and after 4 years of not using the acct I decided to activate it and get the new Abyssea bundle but I'm in the Fenrir now and White Gate looks like a ghost town, not even the NPCs speak to me so I'm just stuck in Campaign missions to get the Merits. I have 75 PLD & SAM, 66 w/ NIN, DRK & THF and the rest are just the proper subjobs which I will enjoy in lvling them to Lv50 now (not all of them *BRD coff coff I ate you job *). I've completed Zilart and AU Missions but the last thing that I was going, it was the assault missions for the cool looking armors. Thank you for your time in reading this and for your assistance.

For one, odds are that by now, you've noticed that Whitegate is no longer the main hub of the game; that's Port Jeuno now. Also, if you got Abyssea, why are you stuck in Campaign for merits? Go do Abyssea! XP there is absolutely ridiculous; as a job in the 75+ range with a good group, it's not too hard to clear 40k/hour after a bit.

CoP is now largely soloable, since the level caps in the areas and fights were removed. You can now go demolish Ouryu, Diabolos, your favorite Promyvion boss, or whatever you please, at level 90. Some higher-level mobs were added to the area, but they're easy to avoid and the bosses haven't been changed.

Assault'll be tricky, admittedly. I haven't seen many people doing them, although I could use them too.

Since Aht Urhgan doesn't have many mobs near level 90, and Abyssea has faster respawn rates, plus a higher XP cap per mob without having to maintain an EXP Chain, people camp in the main 4 cities now and use the teleport NPCs to warp to Abyssea when they get a party. CoP had the level caps removed, so small groups go through it now. Endgame is Abyssea now, so Aht Urhgan is mostly abandoned for things like Einherjar, Assault, Nyzul, ZNM, etc. The equipment from those events is pretty much outdated by what you can get in Abyssea.

If you were on Ragnarok, you could hire the Profit LS as mercenaries to help you complete Assaults and missions you wanted done.
