    A new exchange NPC for crests and seals will be added.

    * Current plans call for allowing players to trade three seals/crests for any one seal/crest of their choice.
    I am still holding out hope that it refers to empyrean seals. I don't know why they would use the words "seal/crest of their choice" if it was referring to beastman/kindred seals and crests. If I turned in 3 beastman seals, I wouldn't really have much choice in what seal or crest I got, 3 beastman seals would give me one Kindred seal.
