[dev1018] Which Seals?

A) Tags go down at the bottom, not in the title.

B) One would assume they were talking about Beastmen Seals, Kindred Seals, Kindred's Crests, and High Kindred Crests because all 4 of them have the same qualities (ability to be stored in the same NPC, 3/4 of them now can be used for special battlefields that are mainly for gil acquisition, with the 4th most likely going to be included in gil acquisition in the near future, etc.)

I was wondering the exact same thing. I got all excited, then I noticed the word "crests".
Then I got uncomfortable.

I mean, the new BCNMs don't really have many worthwhile rewards, so I didn't think there was an issue with not having enough seals, ESPECIALLY now that we can trade them across mules. This is the only thing that makes me hopeful that we're dealing with EMP+1 items and that they consider the +2 items to be "crests". Although cards, stones, jewels, and coins don't commonly hold the properties of a crest.

I don't think there are any "crests" for the +2.
This is what is drawing me to question....

My hope is, they don't do a menu-intensive exchange and just say "How many XXX do you want to trade for YYY?"

It did say in the Notes that a New NPC will be added for this. Not the Seals/crests storage NPC.

Well its a start. But I think they should do the same with AF3 Emphy Seals. At least the seals, the coins and stones/jewels can remain how they are as the set bonuses on some AF is powerful to just be handed out for farming a easy NM for 3 of said coins/stones/jewels you don't need.

I have like 39 Drk leg seals at last count, I never threw them away. Because I hoped someday they would let me use them for something. I'd gladly trade 3-4 seals of random crap from quests/ops/nms for that one seal to complete my 7/8. Especially when a NM I've been fighting is being stingy as all hell in drop rates lately.

My DRK is level 37 too, I don't plan to level it either SE. Take my Plethora of extra Seals! Give me my missing one seal dang it!
