Just great now we are so close to Judgment Day... Since when robot ban human? That's just wrong. SE made so much and they have to rely on robot programs to fight 5-6 RMTs each server nowaday. Com'on they can't hire a real person?

Anything to cut costs to keep this game going, I'm all for.

What a bunch of trash SE is. Ban me for nothing. I have had the fucking account for a month. Irregular activity LOL. They still can't tell me anything more than that. "We'll have a supervisor call you". Yeah, right.. when?

Continue with this attitude and you might as well forget it, they don't have to help you with this at all. As far as they are concerned you were banned rightfully and the case it closed. If you're nice they might try and help you with it but they don't have to at all, infact very few bans are overturned.

I had a friend's mule account reactivated after a year of non-use and it was banned within 12 hours of logging in. (Assuming because I traded it 1m to regear) When I called SE, initially, they refused to tell me why I was banned, the the phone person claiming "we aren't given that type of infomation." I then received an email stating my credit card was used on an account that was charged-back (which never happened, and my other account on that card was untouched). Then, when I called AGAIN, they refused to let me speak to a supervisor, claiming he was busy. After about 40 minutes, I was able to extract the "name" and mailing address of said supervisor so I could write a letter about the incident. Awesome. I also never heard anything from the ban complaint I submitted either. After one more call, they told me I could fax them my credit card information and other information to verify and they would "investigate," but at that point, I was so fed up with the whole process, I chalked it up to a loss and levelled a new character.

So, good luck in any further dealings you have with those people. Worst customer service from a company I have ever experienced.

are you on leviathan? if yes starcade might have reported you to GM because you can't get a high lvl in one month without cheating, and thus you get can't cruor witthout cheating (because going in aby with a lvl30-70 is cheating).
