POL headache

can something be done to fix the POL member account informatina and accessing inormation. each month i have to reactivate 2 of my accounts and every month it is so much of a hastle. here is what i have to do every month:-

1. Log onto POL
2. Log into member acount information (POL ID/PW and SE account PW and once time password)
3. input CC information
4. Log into POL #2
5. Log into Member account information #2 (POL ID/PW and SE account PW and once time password)
6. reactivate POL Account
7. Log into POL #3
8. Navigate to Content ID
9. Login to mmember account information #4 (POL ID/PW and SE account PW and once time password)
10. View Service fees
11. Exit
12. Navigate to update account information
13. Login to mmember account information #5 (POL ID/PW and SE account PW and once time password)
14. input CC information #2
15. navigte to reactivate content ID
16. Log into member account information #6
17. reactivate Content IDs
18. Log into POL #4
19. Play the game

this whole process take 30-60 mins per account depending how slot the system decides to be

can you please change this, and also answer the following questions:-

• why should i need to re-input my CC information more than once? i already entered it when i paid my fees so why can you just update account information at that time? also i use the same CC information every month and it never changes
  
  why do i need to login to the folowing so meny times:-
  1. POL 4 times
  2. Member Account information 6 times
  
  Why can you not have an option to take you to the main member account information? we have to navigate through so meny uneccisary screens and log in to this system soo meny times just to get to the nformation we want.
  
  why was this system and accessing information designed so poorly?

i understand with having to log in once and entering your one time password for security byt having to enter login information 10 or more times just to reactivate content ID/Account/update CC details is prety over the top. in total needing to enter ~20 one time PWs and acount passwords

i dont have to login to my bank account this meny times and i concider my banking information more sencitive thatn my FFXI details

please for the love of god change this system spending 2 hours to re-activate my 2 accounts is more of a chore than anything else i can think of.

and jsut today i counted the amount of times i needed to enter passwords, in total for moth accounts i needed to enter:-

POL passwords 53 times
SE passwords 79 times
One time passwords 79 times

Time taken to complete 3 hours 28 mins

All I can say is that the game was made for players to have a single account, and it looks like you're accessing multiple accounts?
as for going through all these steps, I've never needed to reinput any of that when reactivating, just click on the box saying reactivate, and I was able to do it in a single login...
besides which, why are you needing to reactivate every month?

This is more then likely your bank's fault then SE's. They see the multiple billings as a fault and stop them.
