    Sick of UCS-60257... when will the registration servers work again?

    So i had to report my old debit card lost and forgot to update the info on final fantasy. Now they're billing me for last month and the expansion i tried to purchase. No big deal, i'll just pay with the new credit card, right? Wrong. Same error every time, using several different cards. ( UCS-60257 "Servers are busy" )

    I called up Square-Enix's FFXI support, and they keep saying "Servers are too congested, try every hour till it works..."... i've now put my info in 20+ times over the course of 3 days, and the same problem. UCS-60257. I even plugged in directly to my modem as one tech support guy suggested, but that didnt help either. I've tried 3 different cards on different accounts, and at different locations. I've called SE several times, and each time they just say the servers are congested and to keep trying. My bank says playonline has not even tried billing them, and that my card is fine.

    Anyone else have this problem? I'm about ready to just give up. This is ridiculous.

    There might be a problem with the info you put in. Make sure everything is spelled right. I had this problem recently where, my card expired after auto paying for like 4 years, so when i updated the new info it gave me the same error, then a 5111 error after spamming it, called SE several times, they all gave me same answer and for a few days still got same messages.

    The reason your probably getting this error is because your using words like ST. AVE. in your address.

    For some odd reason it doesn't register abbreviated words like ST. and AVE. anymore, so next time try typing Street or Avenue out and see if it works
