    Tanking is dead and /war was never the answer, try again. Fencer is unnecessary solo so once again why does it matter if Rdm has it or not? Fencer doesn't improve our melee potential because it'll be used less than shield mastery is if you were serious about meleeing.

    EDIT: /War gives you Fencer anyway so moot point...
