+1 seals another way

If you having problems fighting the NM the quest is really easy and takes all of 7 mins. Got all but 1 seal from it, and that came from a OP.

requoting this simply because I think people tend to forget that you can quest the body seals (as well as OPs). If you don't have the money/friends and want blu body spam these quests:
