Cruor Buffs blinking on and off

Steps: Was doing Dominion Ops with an Alliance. Been there 12hrs + when suddenly my cruor buffs started blinking on and off. I would lose them for a second, then they would blink back on. At first i thought i was taking dmg. Then realized I wasn't getting hit. It was the buffs blinking off and on.
