Even without making the EXP rewards universal, just having more Ops NPCs (one near each family) would be welcome. Streamlining the Ops dialogue would also be nice to cut down on the confirmation spam.

Can we get "Infuse me with the same Dominion op as last time" option ;-p
I prefer the option for killing a larger number of mobs myself with possibly a bonus for killing the mobs further away from the npc. I hate having to stop to run back to an npc almost immediately after I engage the mobs. On the rare occasions where several people are competent I literally have to kill one mob and start running back immediately before I miss getting a new op by the time the next wave is in.
Something as simple as being allowed to do sign up for the op X amount of times in one "session" with the npc could make it work albiet with an increase in server load.
In grauberg I could be having whm hexa burns but the npcs are on the other side of the map. Most of the zone would be a prime exp place with a huge variety if only the ops didn't require so much running.
Part of why they fill up is also the seal rewards, and how long it takes to get a set of seals. I've done probably 10 Altepa parties and only gotten one body seal for BLM. Thus, since it's something I'm not competing on drops or having to find a variety of jobs to fight an NM, I do whenever I can for more of a chance at seals. The EXP doesn't matter much now that my BLM is at 90 and I have most of the merits I want. The next party will probably max my merits.
Sometimes the way they design this game is really baffling. SE should have seen this coming from a mile away. Take Bastion for example, great idea, but horrible implementation. Could they not at least fix it so that the martelo and npc last a bit longer instead of your 30-60 second battle... At least make it last 5 mnts long. They could easily revive the early aby area by adding FoV type of books (10 on each zones), even if it's not yielding seals, I can guarantee you people would do it and lessen the congestion on other aby areas.
