The Roots of the problem - AF BLM Quest glitch? last NM not repopping after defeat

Steps:
1. Followed correct quest procedure to spwan NM
2. Spawned NM once
3. Died miserably.
4. Reraised myself.
5. NM depopped
6. Weakened state wore off after the usual time
7. Checked back ??? to spawn NM again, with no sign of the NM spawning.
8. Zoned. Checked back previous 2 ??? required by quest. No CS anymore just a message stating the area was cleansed already.
9. Got back to Magic Sludge ??? pop place.
10. Checked ??? for spawn. Received a message stating nothing out of the ordinary was there.
11. Repeated process from point 8 with Dancer main job. No difference.
12. Talked with ending NPC (Chimimi) to be sure everything was fine. Nothing happened but the usual chat she gives during quest.


as a last note I must add I also tried to speak with Kupipi for the Earthen Charm (Key Item) just in case - I already have the Portal Charm KI to open the Three Mages Door but I was extra cautious. Kupipi didn't acknowledged my need for the Earthen Charm either. Might it be related?

I have made sure to submit your information to the development team, so that they may be able to thoroughly investigate the spawning of this NM.
