Bhaflau Remnants - Wind Weather Aggro Range is Ridiculous

I can't imagine I'm alone on this, but the wind weather additional aggro range on gears in this zone is downright infuriating and completely unnecessary.

As if pulling all 10 gears without a single error in aggro and also killing them within in a short time frame just to have a chance at fighting the NM with a chance of it dropping the gear you're after is already a ridiculous set of requirements.

That said, was the additional wind weather aggro on these really necessary?

Players must plan entire events around having to accommodate these already ridiculous set of requirements just to have a shot at reaching this NM, and now we have to just accept that wind weather may appear suddenly mid run and essentially negate all that effort because, lets be honest here, pulling them safely within wind weather is a joke.

Please remove the wind weather aggro range.

Yes pls, its bad enough to where you have a slim chance of spawning the NM itself but having to deal with wind weather for 90% of the run is just plain stupid.

Hows that trolling? You know wind weather makes their detection range shoot up, so instead of rushing your pulls, exert patience.

Why is this the ONLY nm that you must just be prepared to, on any given run, just sit and 'wait' for a 'chance' to pull 1 of TEN gears extra carefully just to get a rampart with a 'chance' of popping the NM all for a 'chance' at the drop. Not to mention this is the LAST floor so 'planning' to take extra time and sit on your duff 'just in case' wind weather pops on that floor is asinine.

You are suggesting entering, skipping everything else just to do this singular NM because "well you might get wind weather so better just allow extra time". That is a ridiculous waste of a run because of a poorly designed mechanic which has no equal in all of salvage. They fixed the random 50/50 on what side the bomb pops on so that you always have a chance at the rampart, but this is just working as intended? The bomb is the 1st floor so at least if it wasnt up you can jsut adjust your run and do a different floor. You get to the 4th floor and you either:

A) Wasted a run for a CHANCE at 1 NM (theres no guarantee of 10/10 no matter what) because you 'planned' for wind weather and skipped tons of other NMs. This could be a waste of an entire run if something goes wrong anyway.

B) Go on a normal run and just pray wind weather doesnt pop and screw you (and the boss by extension) because you dont have time to just sit around and wait because this is a TIMED event.

Its trolling because the suggestion to just sit back and wait in a situation only occurring near the END of a harshly timed event is absurd.

This has needed changing for years. There is a reason i got every piece of skadi gear but the 35 body 3 years ago doing runs 5-6 days a week and yet only got my skadi body LAST MONTH. This is among the most absurdly bad ideas in this entire game.

Zhayolm can ream you as well if only one ranged or ring (I believe thats it) cell drops out of the 5 chances...but guess what, if you only get one ranged or ring cell, you have no chance to gear up three players to unlock 5f frog, which means you cant pop 6f frog, which means your run is wasted. Cry about that

Arrapago and Silver Sea force you to pick which NM's to do, you cant do Morrigan and Ares head in the same run in Arrapago. You cant do Marduk Ft and Morrigan pants in the same run in SS. Cry about that. Atleast Bhaflau doesnt force you out of the 4f NM's or screw you over because you have bad luck on a drop.

Good suggestion actually. SE should consider updating this as well. Not having a chance to even fight an NM that you're pursuing in salvage (similar to the bomb) is poor design in my opinion.

Everything else you said is completely irrelevant to this topic because you're giving examples where the player is perfectly capable of fighting the NMs. SE is just enforcing a system where you must choose certain ones, which is perfectly reasonable.

I dont see how its not reasonable? If you're so intent on going after Skadi Body, you should ignore the 1/2/3f floor ramparts so you can ensure you have enough time for the 4f rampart incase of wind weather. It's just "SE is just enforcing a system where you must choose certain ones"

Except we do just that - ignore all other ramparts BECAUSE of this issue, and even at level 90 for well over game day's worth of time, wind weather has remained before. Patience? Exactly how much were you thinking would be enough?
