    face it, it's beast's version of Requiem, it doesn't work on anything higher than level 65

    false, i used it on tough imp in ulegerand range abyssea to prevent amnesia tp-move once in a while and ga-IIIs, but a recast time reducation would be nice. down to 1-2 minutes should be okay.

    Edit: making it work on NMs would be good and more acc / extended durion would make this JA more valuable
