Abyssea box greyed out?

Hey, I bought the abyssea edition for the pc, registered the account on my PC and then used my old edition of the ffxi for 360 and installed it and updated on my xbox but the abyssea packs are greyed out even though I have them.

I was told even if you buy it for pc the codes would let it update and work for the 360.

Are they still there and usable even though greyed out or is there something I have to do on the playonline 360 to get them to download?

Did you actually input and register the cdkey in playonline? It usually asks if you want to activate the rest of the content associated with the cdkey after you register for any one of the expansions.

I did on the pc version do I have to put the same code on the xbox version too? Also I don't have WotG installed yet, that may be why, getting that from a friend tonight ill post if it helped.

Yeah you need Wotg installed. Once you reg a code its good for for both no need to reenter.
