Davoi Mobs Are Way to Accurate!

The orcs in Davoi have ACC that NM like Vrtra wish they had! I am a 90 thf with Capped Evasion and full merits and Evasion Torque boosting skill and +62 Evasion from gear and these mobs are hittin me more accurate then anything I found in Abyssea. Takes them about 13 seconds to kill Utsusemi: NI and then begin pounding me. Now there is no way that when Mobs in Abyssea miss me as much as they do that these orcs should just keep zonin in for ths kill. This has to be a glitch and I think it should be fixed!

1.Go in agro mob
2.fight mob
3. Mob hits level 90 THF with skill over 340 with +63 evasion gear regularly. Takes down shadows almost instantly with Utsusemi up.
