Just disable it and use some common sense on the internet. Don't download shady stuff, don't share passwords with people you can't physically visit and punch in the face if something happens.

I seriously doubt they're making money on these, sending them halfway across the planet for just a total cost of 10 bucks. It's a service they're offering, you don't have to use it. You can play fine without it.

My security token sob story is I sent it back I think 2 years ago for replacement/fixing because it was not working and to this day I haven't received it back. I called a couple of times and the operators told me there was nothing they could do and that is was sitting in their repair facility.... two years, but hey what can I expect for $10 bucks right? The additional problem was when I went to go buy another because hey that's 80 free inventory spots, they were not selling them anymore my guess was to stock up for sale with the FF XIV game. So I got one for the $70 it cost to get FF XIV. Security token cost total out of pocket = $80 ftw!
