    The article that Zenoxio is quoting from is correct. We do offer a limited 90 day warranty on the SQUARE ENIX Security Token, as generally any problems that would be covered by the warranty (manufacturer’s defects and the like) would occur in that timeframe.

    Unfortunately we are not offering any sort of replacement or exchange program for situations occurring outside of that warranty period. So you would need to purchase a replacement SQUARE ENIX Security Token, either through the PlayOnline Viewer or the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System.

    wanna say thanks to everyone who had something useful to say about this thread.no, i had no idea how they work, yes i thought that deactivating it i would lose my space i paid for.as far as me quitting , im an addict like so many others.i have friends from all over the world that i love to play with.so i wont be leaving so fast. my words were that of frustration.
    To all the others who feel im overdramatic,ask me if i care.good luck to all those in Japan with their misfortune.double my fees for the next 3 months for a donation if u like.
