The article that Zenoxio is quoting from is correct. We do offer a limited 90 day warranty on the SQUARE ENIX Security Token, as generally any problems that would be covered by the warranty (manufacturer’s defects and the like) would occur in that timeframe.

Unfortunately we are not offering any sort of replacement or exchange program for situations occurring outside of that warranty period. So you would need to purchase a replacement SQUARE ENIX Security Token, either through the PlayOnline Viewer or the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System.
