Don't people have something better to do than spend all day bitching about the slightest little thing?

It's a thread on a forum for goodness sakes. The guy was doing what members of a forum community do in a General Discussion board. If you feel it really is that much of a deviation from SE's purposes and what this section of the forum is meant for, forward it to a moderator and let them deal with it.

And if you're so concerned with the way the forum is run and its purposes, then:

Since you cannot see each other on the forum, your words may be taken the wrong way or may have a negative emotional affect on others. Please try to maintain a polite manner and review your entry before you post.
Please show respect and consideration to other users. Users of this forum come from various backgrounds, where their ages, sex, occupations and residential areas differ.
