Tarutaru Head Model Distorted when Engaging, Using Ranged Attack, or Casting Ninjutsu

I've had this issue happening for a couple of weeks now. I'm unsure of how long this issue has been going on, perhaps I only just noticed it. Either way, its very distracting, and it pains me to see my character model being distorted every time I engage an enemy, use a ranged attack, or cast ninjutsu. I have already tried checking my files, as well as re-installing twice. This issue not only occurs on my main computer, but on my laptop as well. This only happens on my Tarutaru character. When playing my Hume character, there are no issues.

    Platform: PC
    ISP: TimeWarner
    Type of Internet Connection: CATV
    Internet Connection Speed: 15mbs
Date & Time: Unspecified. I noticed it a few weeks ago, it has been 100% consistent. I am PST.
    Frequency: Always
    Character Name: Miranda
    Race: TarutaruF
    World: Carbuncle
    Main Job: Dancer 1-80
    Support Job: Ninja
    Area and Coordinates: All
Party or Solo: Solo, Party 1-6, Alliance 3-18
    NPC Name: All

    Steps:
    1. Engage any enemy while facing enemy target. (Not facing the target fixes the issue.)

    Steps:
    1. Use any ranged attack while facing enemy target before engaging enemy target. (Using a ranged attack after engaging the enemy fixes the issue.)

    Steps:
    1. Target any monster, NPC, PC, or object.
    2. Begin casting any ninjutsu while facing the target. (Not facing the target fixes the issue.)

    Steps:
    1. Begin casting Utsusemi: Ichi or Utsusumi: Ni.
    2. While casting, target any monster, NPC, PC, or object you are facing. (Not facing the target fixes the issue.)

Try updating your graphic cards drivers if there's an update on them to see if that fixes the issue. If that doesn't work then try the "check file" from the main POL screen for FFXI before logging on, a file could be corrupted.

I have already run the Check File option, it did nothing. That's why I decided to simply re-install the game, twice. I am currently running the latest stable release for my GTX480 (270.61 WHQL).
