£8.99 for 7 days subscription; Ridiculous reactivation policy

POL/SE has a ridiculous reactivation policy that states we have to pay a full month till the end of the month and even if we pay in the middle of the month we still have to pay again at the end of the month.

What that basically means is i would have to pay £8.99 to play for 7 days if i reactivate my character now, you could say it makes Square money for me quitting and "betraying" my subscription but it actually just means im going to have to wait 7 days to start playing the game again.

Also:
It would cost me more than it costs a new player to get back into the game.
£8.99 monthly charge
£19.98 for the two abyssea expansions im missing
= £28.97

Game with all expansions including abyssea and a month trial as well as the 10 day free stacked on:

simple thing is just wait till june 1st to reactivate.. this way you wont be charged twice.

It's SE's policy, has been since day one, you obviously never read Alla (or KI, or BG) when you were playing before, or else this wouldn't have come as a surprise.

I know its always been this way, doesn't mean i agree with it, what possible gain does this have for SE? Im not going to bother playing for another 6 days from now simply because i dont want to pay twice, in the end who does this benefit? neither of us.

Char reactivation service isn't up at the moment anyway so i wouldnt worry about it
