    Remove Party Size Limitation for Assault

    Even when the system was first introduced, there were plenty of assault that could effectively be soloed with some skill. Having to have two other people with you doesn't improve the experience, it limits it. There really is no reason to force people to go in with a party. If the mission can't handle it without a party, you'll die and find out the hard way.
