Hiya,
After changing my SE password then calling support for a new PlayOnline password and linking my PO account with my SE account I attempted to login to play FFXI on my XBox.
Oh how I laughed when despite using every password, including all old passwords I was unable to access the game.
Many hours later, including an expensive call to support on a premium number & despite a very helpful and kind support staff member I am now in the position of having to completely re-install FFXI and all Add-ons including Aby !
A change of password should not have to lead to a complete 12+ hour re-install surely ?
Come on SE, there has got to be a way to prevent this happening again ?!
I know you'll go on about how important member security is and sure I agree but this is ridiculous !
If I did'nt have my favourite job up to 90 trust me I would cancel my membership and if I encounter any problems might just do that anyway.
