SE are just a bunch of complete retards that don't know anything about the fundamentals of the game, inc emergency maint cause they messed something up again.
Just be *** happy they didn't take Desperate Blows away from us, I'd honestly not bring any attention to it. Its amazing it hasn't been ninja nerfed like ABSTP.
And be happy with the god-like buff they've given us in our DD department.
I swing nearly as fast as a Monk with a Greatsword now. . . and are we talking inside abyssea, outside? Forget Abyssea, Torcleaver just shits on about everything's bed outside. +25% haste 75% of the time is a buff that many jobs CAN'T EVEN DREAM ABOUT.
And when you have aftermath up swinging at Dagger speed it adds up.
So you don't do as much raw melee damage as a Warrior, holy christ thats all warrior has. If you're so concerned about Epeening with damage and DOIN DA MOST DEEPS. Go play warrior?
DRK has more to bring to the table with the limited utility it possesses, and some damn respectable damage outside abyssea.
If you're so competitive why don't you just go PvP? I don't really understand all the DPS angst.
It really seems that PvE people are nearly as or 10x more competitive than "PvP People" they just do it in the most ***-backward way possible.

How can you not see that the LR and SE buff was marginal in comparison to the critical hit buff they have given every other crit ws job?
I like the fact that they have finally fixed LR and SE, but they still haven't done anything to fix DRK's magic side.

I too hope for a fix to our magic side, LR is really a welcome change its a better change than many of us hoped for so let's try to be a tad thankful that they didn't (yet) do to it what they did to ABSTP.
And, that souleater is far more sustainable and its a flat 5% efficiency increase, not some bullshit like "Lol u use 5 less hp."
I'm of the firm belief that this critical cap fiasco is just that, I think its a horrible mistake like the PUP H2H with 10/regain.
When it sticks around I'll throw my hands in the air too in total outrage, but not confusion. Because this is SE and they obviously don't know crap about their game.
But in the famous words of Zicdeh verbatim: Anyone playing DRK who wants it to be the end all to melee uberness moar deeps mode, needs to shut the fuck up and go level warrior.
Desperate Blows wasn't touched. In fact, merits were untouched entirely.
So that means, regardless of support job, dark knights get maximum job ability haste for three minutes, with seventy seconds of down time at best. I'd say that's pretty damn good.
And yet, here you are, complaining more and more.
Go back to RuneScape.
Cardfight!! Vanguard is the best TCG of all time.
DRK was already able to get capped haste before this update, try harder.
I said that they could reach the haste cap, I didn't say for how long.
In terms of the update for DRK specifially it is good, but the fact that they made the gap even greater when comparing almost any other job to a DRK or any other non crit ws job is just retarded, and don't give me that shit about it's only in Abyssea when Abyssea is where the game has been for almost a year now.
