    Azure Abyssite of Celerity

    Just thought I'd make a quick post here and ask if anyone has gotten this since the update?

    I started a whm mule with the new abyssea edition and have been working on this for about 4 hours now combined, and haven't gotten it to drop. I'm a little baffled because on my main it took less then 30 kills and with friends it was about 20-30 as well.

    Anyone?

    I got mine after the big update and before the mini the other day.

    Went 1/1, but I'm a THF, so its not a very accurate drop rate.

    10 years ago Squaresoft was great. 10 years ago Hironobu Sakaguchi left Squaresoft. 10 years ago Square's profits were at an all time high. In the last 10 years their profits have done nothing but decline. Coincidence, I think not. Do yourself and the fans a favor SE, bring back Sakaguchi. Bring back the awesome you once had.

    I didn't think key item drops were affected by TH at all. And while it is indeed a small sample size, it's still enough to answer the OP's question.

    It's completely random, TH has no effect at all since it's a KI.

    I got it on my 3rd kill on my character and it took well over 2 hours on my sisters months ago. There is no set goal time to random events, it could be instant it could take days.

    This is a little shocking to see... I thought they adjusted this drop rate to be near instant. I remember spending about 13 hours on it. A month later some friends return to the game and I start the linkshell back up and everyone got theirs 1/1 or like 1/3... really pissed me off.

    5 hours now. It takes me about 1 minute to pull and kill a tonberry, so thats around 300 tonberrys killed give or take. I've heard of it taking a couple hours for people before, but 5? As far as I know I'm doing it right, pulling with my whm and whatnot.

    It's quite frustrating to be stuck here, running out of stones, just to try and get more stones!

    It took me about 70 Tonberries. Unfortunately at the time, I had to solo it and I was a crappy Teal Black Mage. :<

    The other day when I went in to help a friend get it (now that I have some AF3+1 and +2 ) we got it 1/1. XD

    I cast a spell on. Tried various spells, dia, holy, tier 1 elemental spells, enfeebles etc just no luck.
