last time i looked this up....it was a blue magic skill given to you when you wear this. Its even in the blue magic list of abilities, so how is this an accessory to be utilized by anything other than blue mage

never mind, the wiki is just retarded, and so is alakazam ffxi, they say it gives new blue magic ability.
