All Evasive Tank jobs have defense a little lower than a soggy paper bag. Adding that much more damage taken for a smaller amount of crit hit rate increase is risky.

Besides, what jobs out there would this be the best neckpiece for?

I would use it for a WS neck outside of abyssea maybe inside to would have to test it. Not going to drop 2mil+ on it yet. That and seems a couple of players might be trying to mess with the price on my server.
