Instead of the major changes you stated [dev1000], I have a few of my own to suggest
1) Allow monsters to give xp as suggested
2) Keep restrictions as is for entry
3) Have a purchasable key item that reacts to set amount of wins, after x wins you get an ancient currency piece
for example 1 win= 30 1piece, 5 wins = 100pice, 10 wins = 3x 100 piece and at 15 get 5x 100 piece
I for one don't want to see another Abyssea
