Add Level Sync to soloing.

I'm happy with recent changes you implemented to make soloing better but theres one more thing you forgot to add.

Please allow us to level sync to any level we want to solo at.

Some jobs, like whm for example, do not have the ability to solo well at higher lvls, allowing people to be able to level sync themselfs to a certain level would allow these jobs to have more fun while soloing.

I solo alot while waiting for parties, I was unable to do this on some jobs, this would allow for me to solo on some jobs while waiting for invites to parties.

If you even read these devs, thanks.

Added Edit: this would also be great for people who are soloing in crowded areas, they can move to a less crowded solo spot at a differant level.
