Remove the 5 minute timer on the kindred seals drop

Defending rings for everyone. I agree with the OP. No reason to allow you a chance at shadow ring/mantle several times a day but to cokcblock you on D ring or ridill.

Actually, imagine you in a party of 18 and only 1 would drop in 5 min that's by luck alone you will get one seal every 1.5 hour.

I believe he was referring to making an alliance with 3 people (one in each of their own parties).

That would dumb because you could just form 18 parties of 1 players all but one with invo full and get on average 18 seals (9 Kindred) per 5-10 minutes depending on your luck.
