    It's absurd to begin with, forget being sendable just do it properly and do it so EVERY character linked to a PlayOnlineID gets it.

    i came back and restated the game with a new char and to my surprise my new character doesn't have it.
    Square this game is not Old FFXI were we had to eat some crow because we loved the game.
    The game has changed and so are the times.

    To be honest I've always wondered why you don't get both a destrier beret and a chocobo shirt for each character you have in your account, and the same thing can be said about all the promo items you may obtain throughout the years.

    And it's not like the MHMU system couldn't do it because they have done just that in many occasions before.
