As stated in a prior post, you are not paying for the hat when you buy this collection. You are paying for the collection, the hat is an extra bonus. No one is going to debate that some people are going to be angry that they cannot obtain this item because "They are long time Customers" because this item was not intended to be obtained by "Long time Customers". It is to attract new players that need a boost getting to level 30 so they can get a piece of the real action that this game has come to be, which is Abby.
So all in all, everyone please stop your complaining that SE doesn't care about you. If they wanted you to have the item, you would have the item. Most of are you stating you don't even need the item because you are 30+ on all of your jobs anyway. YOU ARE JUST ANGRY SOMEONE IS GETTING SOMETHING YOU AREN'T. Get over it and deal with it.
Would it harm you in some way if this item could be shared between main and alternate characters? This is just a request that SE change it so those who buy the collection can share it among their main and there alts on the same account, not an unreasonable request. Almost none of us are upset we need to pay $20 for a special item, many people in this thread bought tidal talismans and soundtracks for the limited edition items, we would just like this item, since it is technically tied more to practical use than the others be shareable among mains and alts on the same account.
Signed.
I'll likely never own one. I just don't need it. I only want one (like everyone else that's QQing over how they feel they deserve it. waaah).
Perpspective is what matters, and you'e expressed one viewpoint on the matter, while we have expressed another. How we see it affects how we feel about it, and we see it as paying for that item. There's nothing else we get if we already bought Abyssea, even a day before they announced the bundle. It's an annoying divider. I had a friend start in March, just before the quake, to play with me, and he doesn't get the cap, and he's not 30 yet. So he had to pay full price for Abyssea, and even though he's a "new" customer, people buying this bundle are "newer" and get the item. There should be no line in the sand for an item like this, when just tying it to game purchase. I'm upset because I'm a super-casual player and so I'm "new" when it comes to all but my main job, as well as any friends I brought in recently missing out on it.
Do we want the Nexon-style fees in our game...?
Looks like all of the whiners came from the old thread to here. Nobody cares if you think you deserve it. This is not the thread for it. This thread is to support allowing us to transfer the hat between characters on the same account. Take that whiny crap back to the other thread and have a pity party.
Vivik- Asura
Do you know who you really are? Are you sure it’s really you?
Not a thread for the self-righteous "i'm better than you cause I'm complacent" either. Nobody cares what you think.
Edit not directed at the ridiculously self-righteous:
Here's a thought: Why not give it to those of us who already bought the content (like should be the case regardless)...so I don't know...we have a reason to level a job we haven't yet...to give the "new" people this is "supposedly" for...some one to party with...? I don't know, that makes too much sense, forget I said it.
