Would it be possible to adjust the trial log spawned by using magian specs so that it spawns in front of you instead of on top of you? It's minor, but still kinda annoying to have to move around in order to target it, plus it looks kinda weird having a book spawn through your midsection like an alien chestburster.

Why does it have to be an item that takes inventory? I never bought it because of that reason.

It would also be nice if you could use your magian specs anywhere. It seems kinda silly that you have to leave the city walls in order to read a book.

for some reason, they made it kinda follow the NPC rules--probly also why you can't use it when NPC is out, as well as the city restriction.
