Adventurer Appreciation Campaign - 6 Letters From the Moogle Quest

I recently finished fetching all 6 letters from the different NPCs around the main game world but the moogle doesn't seem to recognize that I've done that, tell me that the event is only for a limited amount of time instead. I have the letters in my Temporary Key Items and the Dinner Suit set equipped. What is it that I'm missing?

Yea just had the same problem got the letters but the moogle doesn't seem to recognize you have them.

I've confirmed, to a degree, that the moogle isn't interested in the Dinner Suit set at all with a character on another server. That and the red chest also doesn't do anything except dispense Dinner Suit sets.

After equipping the Dinner Jacket and Dinner Hose I talked to the Moogle that gives the Novennial attire thereby activating the 6 Letters From the Moogle quest. I then traveled to the NPCs Naji, Despachiaire, Halver, Maat, Kupipi and Jakoh Wahcondalo collecting the 6 key item letters. Returning to the Moogle they did not recognize that I had collecting the letters, instead asking why I wasn't wearing the Novennial attire. I equipped the Novennial attire, completed it's associated quest but the moogle now just tells me the Anniversary is only going for a limited time.
