    Unable to Regularly Fish

    Situation:
Before the previous update, I would fish in Port Windurst, using my trusty Composite Rod with Minnow as bait. My fishing skill had recently risen to level 82 from fishing up Bastore Bream using this same setup. Roughly half of the fish would turn up "Too small for this rod"; this was normal as I had received this message frequently. Since I do not have or use a Lu Shang's rod I had found this commonplace. After the update, however, it has risen dramatically, as now I will ALWAYS receive this message when fishing up my Bastore Bream. Even after fishing diligently for upwards of two hours, I had caught no Bastore Bream, and a record-breaking 60 "Too Small" messages. I am in belief that this is unintentional, as the Composite Rod has never had this large of a problem fishing up smaller fish; just at a reduced success rate compared to Lu Shang.
