bring back old items

I beleave I sugjested this in another forum, but might get better replys here. What would you all think of SE opening some sort of "Event Shop" that sold past event items for a donation/set price, Possably using crystia? Also maybe add a 1st Edision on the existing items -- Kinda like the Rare Ex dots -- that would show an importance to thoughs that actually went to the event.
I personaly wouldn't mind it and would happly fork out a few bucks for some of the items and I don't see SE turning down a little extra support cash. Again theis is just an Idea you all can make the call.

As someone who has several of these items, I also believe that a new method of obtaining 'limited edition' items such as Fan Fest and merchandise pack-in bonuses would be appreciated. To add to the list, perhaps Gold World Pass bonuses could also be made available somehow? Adding them to the Mog Bonanza seems like a fair way to distribute them. The rank 5 one-time special battle passes (Cordial Invite, Martial Ball Invite, etc.) were also given to Fan Fest attendees, so there is some precedent. Perhaps they could have their own categories, under "Bonanza Kupon F" and "Bonanza Kupon G"?

Since I already have a Tidal Talisman, Harpsichord, Stuffed Chocobo, and Nomad Moogle Hat/Shield, I'm gonna have to go with no. Newer players are shmucks for joining such an old game and don't deserve squat. Veterans had their chance and blew it so they also don't deserve squat.

I'm very jealous of players with limited items like Ballista royale Laurels and Moogle Rods. Do I wish they made them again for players? No. The reason they are awesome is because they were a unique and a ONE TIME ONLY deal.

thing is tho if you were not in japan or usa for some of these items you could not get them i am in canada tryed to get tidal talisman and stuffed chocobo but SE would not ship to canada

Because having a friend in the US that can middleman is hard. There is almost always a solution to a problem if you have enough initiative and motivation. It might not be as cheap or as fast, but a solution.

Even worse would be the items that were only available at RL festivals. I mean, unless you had the money to get down to california, there goes your moogle cap, and the ones over in japan were almost impossible to get.

Except that's the point of the items, they're neat little toys that are almost useless but one time only. To release them again would defeat the purpose. There is a way to get all of these items shipped very very easily, so the only person you have to blame is yourself.

I didn't have the money at the time to buy the one time offers so meh, whatever. But companies in the US will receive the package for you then ship it the rest of the way to you, acting as a hirable middleman. It takes a total of 10 seconds on google to find out about and get the contact info for such a company. You have no excuse for why you didn't get the one time item other than it wasn't a high enough priority, and if it wasn't that high of a priority for you then you can't complain.

I chose not to go through and buy the items, despite wanting the harpsichord, and now I have to deal with that. Maybe SE will release another sheet music book and package it with it again, in which case I would buy it after seeing how awesome the harpsichord looks. But until then I live with my decision.

Many of the items are indeed little more than trinkets, but the Moogle Caps' and Tidal Talisman's party teleport enchantments are more useful than ever since the last update made them usable daily.

Moreover, as far as I can tell, there's no harm in it should such items be made available again, why would anyone deny others the opportunity? We are simply asking for another chance at some swag that certain people would consider 'inventory -1'.

Yeah, I use my moogle cap everyday, it's like a vital part of adventuring for me.
