@Dynamis:

Drop rates have been increased at least 3 or 4 times now that I can remember. I leeched my Rdm to 90 a couple months ago and I already have a Duelist's Chapeau, Tabard, and +1 feet (never bothered lotting legs/hands). The more mobs you clear, the more stuff will drop per run. Not that it particularly matters anyways since Xarc is going to be overhauled, but there was really no need to mess with the drop rates again anyways.

Dynamis is also a group event, or at least it was originally intended to be. The glass price used to be 1 million gil. They cut it in half years ago to coincide with the reduction of gil inflation. They are already removing the per-entry fee from City and Icelands dynamis, leaving the 500k/run system intact for CoP only. This is not a valid complaint. It is not hard to get gil.

@Lotto Spawns and Drop rates:

I stopped counting at 0/100 for Mee Deggi the Punisher. It doesn't really bother me, because I realized at that point that I could have just farmed the gil for the non-R/EX version in less than half the time I spent camping them. Lottery spawns can suck, drop rates can suck. That doesn't mean they need an update. It just means you had some bad luck. Don't stay up for 3 days straight and then complain about it later. You're not Rukenshin, and Mysticmaker Profblix is not Pandemonium Warden.

@World Transfer and Service Fees:
Transferring worlds is a pain in the butt for them. The fee is there both to discourage people who would jump around from server to server whenever they felt like it, and to help cover maintenance costs for the system itself. Also, the service fees are simply the price they have set for their product. If you don't like that price, do not pay for it. If you continue to pay that price for the product, you must feel that the product is worth the price. Yes, double charging happens, and it's a hassle to dispute it. If you feel their customer service is lacking, do not continue to buy the product.

@Weather

It has already been mentioned that the rarity of certain weather types in areas of Vana'diel is directly related to the in-game season. There are dry seasons and rainy seasons, and generally all types of weather are predisposed towards certain seasons over others. SE has already reduced the burden of weather trials by making all Weather-positive kills worth 5 Trial Credits. There is no real need to mess with them any further.

Edit: I love that quote, by the way. "The plural of anecdote is not data". It describes these forums so well.
