[dev1002] Sending EX items within account

my issue with this update is the 8 slots you get for sending items, ill take a lot of time to mule...

and wait ex? not rare/ex? wonder what i would want to mule besides sobek skins

rare items are already tradable/mulable for the most part.

ex was the thing holding us back
