VIP Airship Passes so we don't miss the ship!

I hate it when I see the airship leave because I was seconds late after paying for my fare. I'd be happy to get rid of the problem by questing an airship pass that allows me to be escorted onto the airship after I pay my fare and the ship is sitting at the dock.

I agree that the airship system could be revised.

One problem is that the journey itself is very lengthy. This forces players to use multiple teleportation NPCs to get where they're going faster.
One solution could be to just speed up the animation of the airships.

The biggest problem is that you have to wait a long time for the next ship to come.
I think the solution is to have more ships.

More than one ship flying from one location to the other. Even having 2 would be cool; imagine seeing another airship fly by 1/2 way through. Toss a /slap <player> across the sky too!

Who takes ships anymore?... u serious? Between all the outpost warps,Abyssea warps,earrings made from synergy,collars from events an rings that tele u ta different places i havent rode a ship in 4 years,lol.

It depends really. Anything worth being a VIP to anyways lol isn't going to wait.

For example, VIP lounge at a sporting event. Everyone out in the bleachers, you get a nice cozy air conditioned room and watch through the glass. you're very important you get this nice room w/ food and air conditioning, but they don't wait for you to start the game!
