    The ones in brackets are what I want but dont have yet. My Drakesbane set wouldn't change outside abyssea. It's geared for damage, not accuracy. On any mob where you NEED accuracy in significant amounts, I maintain I'd be better with Sonic Thrust or Wheeling Thrust or switching to a different job.

    This is my set and I believe it's currently the best WS gear a DRG can use for Drakesbane. No point in going all out STR over +attack since we rarely cap attack anyway unless you have a COR+BRD. Agasaya Collar might be slightly better than light gorget. Love Torque is meh in abyssea with RR, might be a bit better outside abyssea.

    Atma: Stout Arm, RR, Apoc

    Usually push 4k-6k on a abyssea zone boss and not a flyer at that. On Bennu its almost always 5-7k depending on if apoc kicks in.

    I think Anguinus beats Light Belt. 0.1ftp doesn't make much of a difference on high fTP weapon skills, the +15 att and +1% DA does more, especially since pdif caps at 2.4 for 2h, you won't have capped attack vs anything in abyssea without 900-1k+ attack. Also Voracious Violet would give you a net lost of like 27 attack but you gain 10 more STR, 5% double attack which will proc on either of you Jumps giving you an instant free WS, in addition you can WS more over time from the regain.

    This is pretty much what I have for inside and out atm. Obvious upgrades would involve things like Twilight Helm and synergy upgraded boots (BG has a pic of heca+1 with +4 STR, +4 polearm skill).

    However, I'm curious if it would be better to start swapping in DEX in some areas instead of simply more STR due to the change in crit caps, such as rings, ears, neck etc.
