    the provision already exists for setting priority. weapon additional effect proc (if at all) before dancer samba effects. If proc are "layered" like that, then they can clearly place before enspell. However, if the additional effect is 100%, yes, you have a problem; the weap additional effect will trigger on every swing, even if there is nothing to do.

    The clip showed 2 our of 4 for this sword, so I doubt it's 100%.
