    True enough, though I still think they should put this enspell effect as priority over RDM's enspells.

    That would require fiddling with the 'Additional Effects' section of the game's code, I'd bet.

    Or, worse, it might require fiddling with core elements of the combat portion of the game's code.
    In short: probably won't happen with official reason being amount of time it would take.
