I was trying to finish my Warrior AF quests, and when it came to the final NM fight, I was unable to fight the NMs after checking the ??? where they are supposed to spawn.

Steps:
1) Start the quest in Bastok.
2) Head to Behemoth's Dominion as they instruct you to.
3) Touch the ???.
4) "There are some symbols inscribed upon it." -> Examine Further? Yes.
5) "You hear a noise behind you."
6) NMs are supposed to spawn at this point and didn't for me.

I believe this is directly related to GoV in Behemoth's Dominion. Look at the forum In-Game Bugs, others are having the same problem as well as with ZM5. Talk to a GM as well and I am hoping Mods are paying attention here.
