It's definitely not the first time the customer support seems to know less than the players do. I've seen it happen way too many times during the years, and I frankly do not expect it to change. =/

As for the concert email, I didn't get one, though I loggedo ut some time ago so it might have arrived after that. On another note, I'm also in the Europe, so perhaps I got filtered out due to that. Though I do doubt it.

Can't be bothered logging in now either, so I guess I'll see tomorrow or so. ^^;
